Sour Cream Cookies
Ingrediënten
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1¾ cups lard or shortening
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 6 cups flour
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Instructies
- Cream together sugar, shortening, and eggs.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, combining thoroughly.
- Roll out and cut in desired shapes.
- Sprinkle tops with granulated sugar.
- Bake on greased cookie sheets at 350° for 8–10 minutes.
