Ingrediënten
Makes about 1 cupple substitute that works well.
- 3 medium tomatoes peeled and finely chopped
- 1 ⁄2 small white onion finely chopped
- 1 to 2 habanero chiles seeded, veins removed, and minced (wear protective gloves)
- 1 ⁄4 cup Seville orange juice or Bitter Orange Juice Substitute
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
