Orange-Chipotle Vinaigrette
Vinaigrette de Naranja-ChipotleChipotle chile enlivens the taste of this dressing that's wonderful with tossed greens or drizzled over grilled or fried fish fillets.

- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon mashed canned chipotle en adobo
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
