You know someone ordered one when you see a wedge of fresh pineapple decorating the glass and a bright red cherry perched on top. 2ouncescanned sweet cream of coconutsuch as Coco Lopez
¾cupcrushed ice
4pineapple wedges
4Maraschino cherries
Instructies
Put all of the ingredients, except the pineapple wedges and the cherries, in a blender and blend on high speed until frothy and smooth.
Divide between 2 (8-ounce) stemmed wine glasses.
Skewer the pineapple wedges and cherries on cocktail picks to garnish the drinks.
Serve.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
To crack ice cubes, put them in a heavy plastic bag, remove air from the bag, seal it, then put the bag on a cutting board. With a hammer or heavy rolling pin, gently break cubes into chips.
