In Mazatlán and other resort towns along the Pacific coast, a Mexican Screwdriver is sometimes called a Sinaloa Screwdriver, after the name for the coastal state of Sinaloa. This bar drink is served in a heavy 10-ounce glass goblet with lots of cracked ice. As with most Mexican cocktails, serve with a salted or spicy snack, such as Spicy Roasted Cocktail Peanuts or Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
6ouncestangerine juicefresh or made from frozen concentrate
2teaspoonsorange-flavored liqueursuch as Cointreau or Triple Sec
3ounceswhite or gold tequila
2strips of fresh lime peel

Instructies
Stir the tangerine juice, orange liqueur, and tequila together in the goblet.
Add cracked ice to fill the glasses.
Twist a lime peel over each glass and drop it in the glass.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
To crack ice cubes, put them in a heavy plastic bag, remove air from the bag, seal it, then put the bag on a cutting board. With a hammer or heavy rolling pin, gently break cubes into chips.
