Watermelon and Tequila Cooler
Sandia y Tequila FrescaThis tall, cool, and refreshing drink with a kick of tequila is just the thing to end a hot day.
Ingrediënten
Makes 2 servings
- About ½ medium watermelon about 2 pounds
- 2 ounces silver or gold tequila
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructies
- Cut the rind off the watermelon and remove the seeds.
- Cut enough chunks to measure 2 cups and put in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and purée until smooth.
- Pour over ice in 2 tall glasses.

Serve cold.
