El Presidente Cocktail
PresidenteThis rum cocktail has been a common drink in Mexico City and other major cities in Mexico for a long time, and it is still offered in upscale bars and restaurants.
Ingrediënten
Makes 2 servings
- 2 jiggers white rum
- 1 ounce vermouth
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¾ cup cracked ice
Instructies
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender or cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and pour equally into 2 (4-ounce) stemmed cocktail glasses.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
To crack ice cubes, put them in a heavy plastic bag, remove air from the bag, seal it, then put the bag on a cutting board. With a hammer or heavy rolling pin, gently break cubes into chips.
