Fiesta Salad
Ingrediënten
- 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
Dressing:
- 2 tomatoes peeled and diced or 1 can whole
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- tomatoes drained well and diced
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup sliced ripe olives
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup diced green pepper
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 small onion chopped fine
Instructies
- Pour dressing over vegetables and toss.
- Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
