Spicy Meatballs

- ¼ pound butter or margarine
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Accent optional
- ¼ medium onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon sugar
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup soft bread crumbs
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or Realemon
Instructies
- Spicy Meatballs, continued Prepare sauce and put in crockpot to simmer while preparing meatballs.
- Mix meatball ingredients and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place on broiler pan and bake at 400º for 10 to 15
- minutes.
- Put into sauce and cover, cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Serve with toothpicks.
