Beefburger Specials
Ingrediënten
Serves 4.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- ½ cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructies
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 4 large (1 ½" thick) patties.
- Broil about 6 minutes on each side until browned on the outside.
