No Peek Skillet Chicken
Ingrediënten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 ½ pounds chicken
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can 14½ oz. whole tomatoes, undrained
- Hot cooked noodles
- 1 jar 4½ oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructies
- Heat oil and brown chicken; drain.
- Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic combined with soup mix.
- Simmer 45 minutes until chicken is done.

Serve over hot noodles.
