Parmesan Chicken
Ingrediënten
- 1 chicken cut up
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup margarine melted
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- dash of pepper
Instructies
- Heat oven to 375º.
- Combine cheese, flour, and salt.
- In separate container, combine egg, paprika, and milk.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat with cheese mixture.
- Put chicken in pan.
- Pour margarine over.
- Sprinkle with pepper and bake 1 hour (covered for 45 minutes).
