Spice Cake from Carl Pearson
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- ⅔ cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup molasses
- a little nutmeg
- 1 cup sour or buttermilk
- raisins
- 2 ½ cups flour
Instructies
- Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until done.
