Peanut Cookies
Ingrediënten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon soda
- 1 cup corn flakes crushed
- 1 cup peanuts coarsely chopped
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup Shortening
Instructies
- Cream shortening and sugar together.
- Add eggs and beat more.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix in remaining ingredients in order given.
- Mold with hands and press down with fork.
