Date Cookie Roll
Ingrediënten
Filling:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 ¼ cup dates
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup water
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½-¾ cup nuts
- 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon
- hot water
Instructies
- Roll dough ½-inch thick and spread filling, then roll like a jelly roll and chill.
- When ready to bake, slice.
