Grama's Pumpkin Bars
Ingrediënten
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 cups pumpkin Deb Stanley's works really well
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ¾ cups powdered sugar
Instructies
- Mix all ingredients, this will be thin.
- Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 350º for 20 minutes.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting:
- Mix until creamy, spread on cool bars.
