Simple, Perfect Guacamole
Even if you’re making guacamole at its simplest, do not compromise on its excellent taste. Here, we share how to make a guacamole quick-fix that’s delicious.
Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 small red onion finely diced
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructies
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
