Bacon Guacamole from Tyler Sweet
Just because bacon is nice on many things. The savoriness, chewy bites, and flavor of bacon crown this guacamole.

Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 small red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder or to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
Instructies
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients except for half of bacon and fold in well.
- Spread remaining bacon on guacamole and serve.
