Crema Guacamole
This creamy guacamole is so addictive. Have a treat with it.
Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- ½ medium white onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Roma tomato finely diced
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructies
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork until mostly smooth.
- Mix in Mexican crema or sour cream until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
