Sweet Corn and Goat Cheese Guacamole
Add some goat cheese to guacamole with corn and be up for endless dips. We’re sure you’ll be making it often.
Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 3 to 5 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- ½ medium red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped ½ to 1 cup drained sweet corn kernels
- ½ to 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructies
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
