Frozen Peas Guacamole
Adding frozen peas to guacamole makes it greener, creamier, and with better texture.

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste cored and finely chopped 1 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructies
- Blend frozen peas in a food processor until smooth.
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients including peas and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
