Nutty Guacamole
Have you got some nuts and are not sure what to pair them with? Try them with guac and thank us later.
Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- ½ medium white onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 Roma tomato finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped toasted nuts of choice for topping
Instructies
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients except for nuts and fold in well.
- Top with nuts and serve guacamole.
