red bell pepper

green bell pepper

red onion

garlic clove
minced
▢
Salt and black pepper to taste

avocados
pitted and peeled
▢

fresh lime juice

onion powder
▢

tsp
garlic powder

cumin powder
▢

tsp
paprika

crumbled queso fresco cheese
Instructies
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add bell peppers and onion.
Sauté for 4 minutes or until tender and stir in garlic.
Cook for 30 seconds or until tender.
Turn heat off.
Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients including pepper mixture but leaving a little cheese for garnish.
Fold in well.
Garnish with cheese and serve guacamole.
