Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Saté With Spicy Peanut Sauce
Saté is the Indonesian version of kabobs. Following tradition, our recipe is served with a peanut sauce, that gets a kick from red pepper.

teriyaki pork tenderloin
cut into ¾-inch cubes

bunches green onions
cut into ¾-inch pieces
▢
Vegetable cooking spray
▢
Garnish: green onion curls
▢
Spicy Peanut Sauce
Instructies
Thread pork and green onions onto 15 (6-inch) skewers; coat with cooking spray.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done.
