Mexican Pinwheels

- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 2¼-ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
- ⅔ cup chopped green onions
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 6 8-inch flour tortillas
Instructies
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese and next 5 ingredients.
- Spread ½ cup cheese mixture over each tortilla, and roll up.
- Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Cut each tortilla wrap into 10 (½-inch-thick) slices with a serrated knife.
