Eggnog-Coffee Punch
Ingredients
Makes about 12 servings
Prep: 10 min.
- 1 quart eggnog
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- ½ cup coffee liqueur **
- ½ cup bourbon optional
- 1 quart coffee ice cream slightly softened
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream slightly softened
- Ground nutmeg optional
Instructions
- Stir together first 3 ingredients and bourbon, if desired, in a chilled punch bowl or large bowl.
- Stir in coffee and vanilla ice creams.
- Top with ground nutmeg, if desired.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
** ½ cup strong brewed coffee may be substituted.
