Peppered Rib-eye Steaks
A robust herb rub cloaks these steaks before grilling. The rub tastes great on pork and lamb, too.

1½-inch-thick rib-eye steaks

olive oil
Instructies
Combine first 7 ingredients.
Brush steaks with olive oil; rub with pepper mixture.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
