Instructies
Sauté chopped onion in 1 teaspoon hot oil 5 minutes or until tender.
Add minced garlic, chili powder, and ground cumin; sauté 1 minute.
Add petite diced tomatoes, sugar, and salt; simmer 5 minutes or until warm.
Process tomato mixture in a blender or food processor 20 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Stir in fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons oil, and chopped fresh cilantro.
