Combine ground beef, egg, and next 4 ingredients; shape mixture into 4 patties.
Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until browned; remove from skillet.
Add orange marmalade, ½ cup water, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic to skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 6 minutes.
Add patties; reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes.

Marmalade-Glazed Meatballs:
Shape beef mixture into 1-inch balls; place on a rack in a broiler pan, and broil 5½ inches from heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Place in a chafing dish. Bring orange marmalade and next 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 6 minutes. Pour over meatballs.
