Italian Bread Salad
With meat, cheese, and bread, this salad makes a filling meal.

8-ounce package fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed

Instructies
Place bread cubes on a baking sheet.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, and next 5 ingredients.
Place 3 cups toasted bread cubes in a large bowl or on a large serving platter.
Top with lettuce and next 3 ingredients.
Drizzle with dressing.
Let stand 15 minutes; toss.
Sprinkle evenly with remaining bread cubes and green onions.
