Cobb Sandwiches
Similar to the famous Cobb Salad, this sandwich boasts the same stack of great ingredients: chicken, bacon, tomato, avocado, and blue cheese.

cooked and crumbled
Instructies
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in a shallow dish.
Combine oil, vinegar, and mustard; pour over chicken.
Cover chicken, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain chicken, discarding marinade.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350° to 400°).
Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Let chicken stand until cool to touch; cut chicken diagonally into thin slices.
Slice avocado, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on 1 side of each bread slice.
Layer 4 slices of bread with lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, bacon, and chicken; top with remaining bread slices.
