Broccoli With Garlic Butter and Cashews

fresh broccoli

brown sugar

soy sauce

white vinegar

pepper

garlic cloves

salted roasted cashews
Instructies
Remove and discard broccoli leaves and tough ends of stalks; cut broccoli into spears.
Arrange broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Cover and steam 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Arrange broccoli on a serving platter.
Set aside, and keep warm.
Place butter in a 1-cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave at HIGH 15 seconds or until butter melts.
Stir in brown sugar and next 4 ingredients.
Microwave at HIGH 45 seconds or until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in cashews.
Pour garlic sauce over broccoli, and serve immediately.
