2 tbsp
Instructies
Combine brown sugar, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
Rub the spice mixture thoroughly onto the pork ribs.
Soak applewood chips in apple juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare your smoker or grill to a temperature of 225°F (107°C).
Add the soaked applewood chips to the smoker or grill.
Place the ribs in the smoker or grill, bone-side down.
Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, or until tender and the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
Optional: For the last 30 minutes, brush with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
