Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar

Pork baby back ribs
4 lbs

Instructions
Combine brown sugar, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
Rub the spice mixture thoroughly onto the pork ribs.
Prepare your smoker or grill to a temperature of 225°F (107°C).
Place the ribs in the smoker or grill, bone-side down.
Smoke the ribs for 2.
5 hours.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

5 hours, brush the ribs generously with the mustard glaze.
Continue to smoke for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
