Instructies
Prepare the Swiss Chard: In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Add salt and the chopped Swiss chard.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chard is just tender.
Drain well, pressing to remove excess liquid.
Make the Homemade Croutons: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the bread cubes and toss until they start to turn golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Sprinkle smoked paprika and salt over the croutons, toss well, and remove from heat.
Combine and Serve: In a serving dish, arrange the cooked Swiss chard.
Drizzle the chard with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Top the chard with the prepared homemade croutons.
