Instructies
Step 1: Preparing the Crust
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Unroll the pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
Brush the crust with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with ground cinnamon.
Roll up the crust tightly and slice into 1/2-inch rounds, resembling miniature cinnamon rolls.
Press the rounds evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate, ensuring there are no spaces between the rolls.
Step 2: Adding the Filling
Pour the two cans of Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Fruit Filling on top of the prepared crust.
In a large bowl, combine butter, flour, and brown sugar.
Form crumbles using a pastry blender.
Sprinkle the crumbles evenly over the apple filling.
Step 3: Baking
Bake in the preheated oven until the top and crust are golden brown, and the filling is bubbling (about 40-45 minutes).
If necessary, cover the top/crust with foil to prevent over-browning.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Step 4: Making the Icing
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and milk to form the icing.
Drizzle the icing over the cooled pie.
