Add the cubed pork and ground cumin, cooking until the pork is golden on all sides and is no longer pink in the center, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Drain any excess liquid.
Stir in the salsa and heat through.
If using cilantro, stir it in as well.
Using two forks, shred the pork in the skillet.
Fill the warmed tortillas with the pork mixture.
