Instructies
In a skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil until golden but not cooked through.
Add diced onion, diced celery, and uncooked rice to the skillet.
Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes, adding water as needed to prevent drying out.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Creole Pork Chops & Rice hot.
