Instructies
After cutting and washing the chicken wings, ensure they are thoroughly dried before deep frying.
Season each part with a little season salt before deep frying.
Deep fry the chicken parts in batches for about 10 minutes each or until golden brown.
Once cooked, remove excess oil from the chicken parts.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix Durkee hot sauce with melted butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and crushed garlic until the ingredients are well combined.
Dip each chicken wing part in the sauce and arrange them in a casserole pan.
Pour any leftover sauce over the wings.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cover the wings with foil while baking.
