Dash seasoning blend.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer the tomato mixture to a large pot.
Add 2 cups of the reserved pork broth to the pot.
If there is not enough broth, add water to make up 2 cups.
Stir in the shredded pork and canned green chilies.
Simmer the chili over low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with warm tortillas.
