Instructies
If using fresh blueberries, wash and remove stems.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add blueberries.
As the color brightens and berries soften, add agave or honey.
Stir occasionally until some of the berries start to burst.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the opposite side, spread Brie cheese or place slices of Brie to cover both slices of bread.
Scoop the berry mixture onto one slice of bread and spread evenly.
Place the second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
Cook the sandwich at 325°F for four minutes on each side.
Flip carefully as the gooey blueberry section may slide.
Serve hot and indulge in the delightful combination of flavors!
