Instructies
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ketchup, tomato-based chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and three-quarters of the sliced scallions.
Toss until evenly coated.
Scrape the chicken and sauce into a 7-inch round cake pan insert, metal cake pan, or foil pan.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Place the pan in the air fryer and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is reduced to a thick glaze, about 20 minutes, flipping the chicken pieces halfway through.
Remove the pan from the air fryer.
Spoon the chicken and sauce over cooked white rice and top with the remaining sliced scallions.
