Wine Advice:
This spicy orange-glazed beef pairs well with a semi-sweet Riesling or a crisp and dry Gewürztraminer. The slight sweetness of the wine balances the heat from the spicy sauce, while the acidity cuts through the richness of the dish, enhancing its flavors.
