Simple sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
In one mixing bowl, combine the potato starch, salt, pepper, and Chinese five-spice.
In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add a splash of sesame oil.
Dredge the pork pieces in the potato starch mixture, shaking off any excess.
Then dip each piece into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, and coat them again in the potato starch mixture.
Coat the air fryer basket with oil using an oil mister.
Place the pork pieces in the basket and spray them lightly with oil.
Cook in the air fryer at 340°F (170°C) for approximately 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking to ensure even cooking.
Serve hot with the
simple sweet and sour sauce
.
