Instructies
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Set up three shallow bowls: one with cornstarch, one with scrambled eggs, and one with flour.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip each piece of chicken into the cornstarch, then the scrambled eggs, and finally the flour, shaking off any excess.
Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook in the air fryer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the General Tso's sauce until evenly coated.
Return the coated chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and the chicken is very crispy on the outside.
Serve the General Tso chicken over white rice and garnish with chopped green onions and shaved almonds.
