Instructies
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine milk and breadcrumbs.
Add egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Add ground beef and mix gently with your hands until just combined.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
Spread remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
