Ingredients

fresh mozzarella
▢
4
large or 6 medium ripe tomatoes
sliced
▢
1
bunch basil
stems removed and discarded
▢
Extra-virgin olive oil
for drizzling
▢
Flaky sea salt
▢
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
On a large plate or platter, layer mozzarella and tomato slices in an alternating pattern.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
