Instructions
Peel the frozen bananas and break them into chunks.
In a blender, add the frozen banana chunks, almond or rice milk, vanilla extract, honey, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Stop blending once the desired consistency is reached.
If the shake is too thick, you can add a little more milk to thin it out.
