Cover; blend on high speed until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
Stir tofu mixture into pasta in saucepan.
Reduce heat to low; cook about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until warm.
Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and toss.
