Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Wine Advice:
Pair this flavorful General Tso’s Chicken with a slightly sweet Riesling or a light-bodied Pinot Grigio. The wine's sweetness will complement the dish's savory flavors while balancing out any spiciness from the sriracha sauce.
